Hydropalat® WE 3240 (formerly Hydropalat® 140) is a low-foam flow promoter and substrate wetting agent for aqueous paints and coatings is based on organo modified polysiloxane. Compared with substrate wetting agents based on other chemicals, Hydropalat® WE 3240 brings about a much greater reduction in static interfacial tension.
