Anhydrous Milk Fat

Anhydrous Milk Fat, also known as clarified butter, is a light golden colored liquid with a light butter taste. It has been rendered to remove any milk solids and the additional moisture. This product has a higher smoking point than butter that has not been rendered and is slightly lower in calories. It is used as a cooking oil and in the production of sauces and dips. This product is used in functional foods and nutrition applications.
