Andiroba Oil

Documents

Andiroba Oil is extracted by cold pressing from Andiroba nuts from sustainable sourcing in Brazil (Latine America). Andiroba Oil is naturally rich in unsaponifiables, mainly phytosterols and atypical triterpenes (limonoids). This contributes to strengthening the hydrolipidic film and has reparative, soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. Andiroba Oil is refined in France, decolourized and deodorized hus does not impact the color and smell of cosmetic formulations. This oil has good stability to oxidation. These natural qualities make this oil especially recommended for soothing cosmetic products for sensitive skins, after-sun care or hair care. It is a preservative-free ingredient.
