Frizzblend 3999 is a ready to use serum base composed of a high molecular weight hindered-amine functional silicone polymer and a high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane delivered by cyclopentasiloxane as the carrier fluid. No dilution is required but flexible enough to add fragrance and your care ingredients of choice. Frizzblend 3999 has the optimum level of Frizzblend MAX to provide superior frizz control, curl definition and curl memory. The cyclopentasiloxane carrier provides spreadability, facilitates film formation on the hair fiber and compatibility with many care ingredients. Cyclic free versions available.
