TC-23 is a popular stabilizing agent for shampoo, synthesized from dihydrogenated tallow secondary amine and phthalic anhydride. It is excellent at suspending and stabilizing silicone, zinc pyrithione, as well as oily ingredients and opaque pigment. Applied in 2 in 1 shampoo, milky body wash, facial cleanser and anti-dandruff shampoo.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.

You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
