Danfat Bake

Danfat Bake is an edible fat, RBD Palm Oil obtained from the palm oil fruit and RBD Palm Fractions, 100% vegetable oil, with no chemicals involved. It is trans fatty acid free, non-hydrogenated, non-GMO, and cholesterol free. This fat is specially designed to be used in the manufacturing of cookie formulations and filling creams. It also can be used for bakery products and for low cost toffee candy. This product offers excellent microbiological stability and is highly resistant to oxidation.
