The foam quality is excellent with high stability. It is used in the production of detergents and cleaning agents. It is particularly suitable for the use in foam cleaners for upholstery and carpets, because of the low stickiness of the residues left on the fiber. Hostapur® OS liquid is also used in the textile, leather and construction industry as a wetting agent, detergent and foaming agent. Unlike surfactant-type stabilisers, Provichem 2203 will not desorb from the polymer particles. It retains its stabilizing effect even under more severe conditions, such as high shear and freezing conditions. Provichem 220P retains performance at high temperature, high pressure, and high salt concentrations making it the compound of choice for oil drilling applications.
