BYK®-394 is a silicone-free acrylic release agent with leveling properties. It is a solution of a polyacrylate copolymer. This product is recommended for solvent-borne and solvent-free baking and 2-pack PU coatings. The additive orientates to the paint surface and crosslinks into the polymer network due to its reactivity and is therefore fixed at the paint surface. BYK-394 reacts by primary OH-groups with binders and is used in solvent-borne systems. The additive reacts with the following binders: 2-pack Polyurethane, Alkyd-Melamine, Polyester-Melamine, Acrylic-Melamine, AcrylicEpoxy combinations. This additive improves leveling and gloss. It produces a long wave effect and prevents cratering without influence on surface tension (silicone-free). BYK-394 is thermally stable.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
