It is a water-based UV-curable acrylic dispersion. Laromer® WA 9057 has been developed for pigmented and unpigmented primers and topcoats for wooden furniture and plastics. This low- to medium-viscosity liquid can be applied by means of curtain coating and spraycoating in high speed coating equipment. Since Laromer® WA 9057 has good physical drying properties, it is suitable for 3D objects where shadow areas are insufficienlty cured. After physical drying, coatings based on Laromer® WA 9057 give tack free films in shadow areas after UV-curing films with good chemical resistance as well as good scratch resistance and low yellowing are obtained. voir moins |
