Bayhydrol® UV 2689/1 XP is a UV-curable aliphatic polyurethane dispersion, which can be used in the formulation of industrial waterborne UV clear and pigmented coatings. Main applications of this product are plastic coatings (e.g mobile phones) and wood coatings. Before UV curing, the surface of dried films is soft and slightly tacky, whereas after UV-curing, the coatings are hard with high chemical and mechanical resistance. The product is suitable to achieve high gloss coatings. This product has a non-volatile content (1g / 1h / 125°C, convection oven) of 40.0-44.0, a flow time at 23°C, (4 mm cup) of 15.0-50.0, and a pH level of 7.0-8.5.
This product is especially suitable for 3C plastic applications e.g. mobile phones and laptops where high performance coatings are required. It is possible to formulate hard high gloss or deep matt clear coats as well as single layer metallic coatings. The resulting coating provides excellent performance meeting the strict requirements of 3C applications.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
