ABIL® Wax 9801 es un líquido a organopolisiloxano ceroso, que se sintetiza mediante la vinculación de polidimetil siloxanos con hidrocarburos de cadena larga. ABIL® Wax 9801 es soluble en todos los aceites y ceras utilizados comúnmente en cosméticos. La buena extensión y el efecto emoliente de ABIL® ceras les permiten mejorar la aplicación y las propiedades de las formulaciones del cuidado de la piel. También pueden contribuir a la resistencia al lavado. Debido a que está extendiendo los efectos sobre la piel, ABIL® Wax 9801 aumentará la efectividad de filtros UV en las emulsiones. Por lo tanto, es posible reducir el nivel de filtros UV y mantener el SPF. Para emulsiones sólo basadas en los filtros orgánicos o sólo en filtros físicos ABIL® Wax 9801 es especialmente adecuado.
