EcoCare™ Zinclean es la sal de zinc de L- pirrolidona 5-carboxílico (PCA) que es un factor natural de hidratación (NMF) de tipo de aminoácido. EcoCare™ Zinclean es capaz de suprimir la secreción de sebo mediante la inhibición de la reductasa 5-α en la hiperseborrea, para suprimir el olor del cuerpo mediante la formación de sales de zinc con ácidos grasos de cadena corta, para suprimir las arrugas mediante la inhibición de AP-1 y para inhibir el crecimiento bacteriano incluyendo el acné relacionado Propionibacterium acnes.
