Propiedades espesantes eficaces combinados con un proceso óptimo hacen que ANTIL® 171 sea agente espesante universal. Además un efecto reengrasante agradable se puede lograr mediante el uso de ANTIL® 171. Las formulaciones cosméticas, que se espesan por ANTIL® 171, muestran una casi newtonean (viscosidad ideal) flujo comportamiento contrario al de NaCl, lo que conduce a una muy fuerte comportamiento de fluidificación por cizalladura.
