Baker’s Do-Crest is used as a dough strengthener and conditioner in most types of baking. It is particularly effective in variety breads and yeast-raised sweet goods. Baker’s Do-Crest improves dough tolerances and processing to machinery variations. It increases gas retention resulting in greater product volume and a finer, more even crumb. It is great for bread, buns, rolls and sweet dough and danish products.
