Deep-Frying Fat is a vegetable fat and oil base that has a neutral taste, low trans, and low fat absorption by fried goods. It melts quickly in the deep fryer giving the longest deep-frying times possible, and is easy and hygienic replenishment of the deep fryer due to cut portions. This product is composed of vegetable fats and oils, some hydrogenated (palm fat, coconut fat, sunflower oil), anti-oxidants (ascorbic palmitate, tocopherol-rich plant extracts), and acidulant (E330).
