Food Gelatine is a obtained from the partial hydrolysis of animal collagen. It is rich in protein (84-90%), contains 18 amino acids,and is free from cholesterol, fat, carbohydrates, preservatives and additives. The product is used for gelling, thickening, stabilizing, aerating, and emulsifying a variety of products, including sweets, desserts, dairy products, beverages, meat products, and dietary and nutritional supplements.
