Locust Bean Gum E-410 Standard Grade is a speck-free locust bean gum made from the seeds of the carob tree. Locust Bean Gum E-410 Standard Grade is most commonly used as a food thickening agent where easy dispersibility is more important than high viscosity. It can be used in several products (sauces, milk and cheese, cake and biscuits, pie filling, canned meat, frozen confections) and since it does not contain gluten, it is indicated for celiac patients food.
