Gelaid® CPE is a silicone-based cold process-emulsifying agent used to formulate multi-phasic products. Gelaid® CPE delivers both water and micronized silicone crosspolymer gels that provide application lubrication. It is frequently used as a delivery system for both water-soluble and oil soluble actives such as PVP, menthol, Vitamin E, natural oils, and other actives.
