ORDISOL SWT-01 R is a silicone surfactant for application in aqueous systems with poor wetting. It has a special siloxane structure that promotes a "superwetting" effect, reducing surface tension in aqueous systems. As it is a non-ionic type silicone surfactant, it does not cause interference in anionic or cationic type emulsifying systems. ORDISOL SWT-01 Rs low level of foaming enables the dosage of antifoam to be appreciably reduced in the aqueous system, a characteristic which is not achieved by the use of traditional humectants such as salts of the sulfosuccinates.
