Main applications of this product are plastic coatings (e.g mobile phones) and wood coatings. Before UV curing, the surface of dried films is soft and slightly tacky, whereas after UV-curing, the coatings are hard with high chemical and mechanical resistance. The product is suitable to achieve high gloss coatings. This product has a non-volatile content (1g / 1h / 125°C, convection oven) of 40.0-44.0, a flow time at 23°C, (4 mm cup) of 15.0-50.0, and a pH level of 7.0-8.5. This product is especially suitable for 3C plastic applications e.g. mobile phones and laptops where high performance coatings are required. It is possible to formulate hard high gloss or deep matt clear coats as well as single layer metallic coatings.
