White Wine Vinegar with Tarragon is made by the alcoholic fermentation and subsequent acetous fermentation of the juice of grapes or wine stock, adjusted with water to the specified strength, with tarragon flavor added. This product has a bright very light amber, practically clear appearance that is free from cloudiness. It has a clean, wine note and tarragon flavor, and is free from foreign flavor or aroma. White Wine Vinegar with Tarragon has a grain (% acetic acid X 10)(analyzed by volume) size of 50.0 to 51.0 and a residual alcohol level of 0.5% maximum.
