Crodamide S also prevents adhesive film layers to attract dirt or stick together before application by reactivation or melting. It can be incorporated directly into polymers to prevent any unwanted adhesion. The amide migrates fast to the surface of the material on cooling to form a non-sticking ‘release’ layer.
