EggRep Pro™ 80% USPH is a Grade A protein that is agglomerated for superior dispersion properties. It is effective as an emulsifier and foaming agent as well as for delivering the high protein nutritional value of eggs. It is effective in replacing frozen or powdered whole eggs and egg whites in many applications and has a long shelf life allowing for long-term storage and cost efficiencies during difficult egg market conditions. When used in baking applications, this product helps increase moistness and retain freshness. This product is OU Kosher and EU approved.

EggRep Pro™ 80% suggested applications include baked goods, baking mixes, quiche, breakfast entrees, liquid egg replacement products, and salad dressing.
