It contains an inhibitor to maintain color stability of the nonylphenol and to prevent the formation of undesirable color bodies in the decoupage coating. Decoupage MNP can also be used in other nonylphenol applications where color stability is of prime importance. veja menos

It is also suitable for plasticizer or polyol based colorants for PU foam as well as PVC applications. It induces Newtonian flow behavior by strongly lowering viscosity. It can also work as neutralizer for acidic and neutral surface treated carbon black pigments. Main benefits are: provides excellent uniformity and color development, lowers torque requirement and filtration pressure, reduces viscosity, and solvent-free. veja menos Request Sample

This means: reduced dispersion time, stabilization of the pigment dispersion, reduced pigment sedimentation, reduced tendency to sag during application on vertical surfaces, and prevention of flooding. It is a high molecular weight carboxylic acid salts. EFKA® FA 4654 is ideal for dispersing organophilic bentonites, because it reduces dispersion time, improves the storage properties of the final paste and gives a thixotropic, easily processed paste product. It is especially suitable for non- to medium-polar binder systems, ie. air-dried alkyd resins, chlorinated polymers, alkyd/amino resin combinations and epoxies. EFKA® FA 4654 can cause discoloration in nitrocellulose varnishes. veja menos
