Kalama® Cinnamic Aldehyde FCC (CAS no. 104-55-2) is an aromatic aldehyde that is nature identical to the main constituent of cassia and cinnamon bark oils. It adds spicy notes to personal care products such as soaps, toothpastes and oral care, and perfumes. It is also known as cinnamaldehyde. Kalama Cinnamic Alcohol FCC is an FDA approved, GRAS flavoring substance (21 CFR § 182.60) and is produced using the highest standards for quality, safety, and sustainability, including ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, and ISO 14001:2015.
