Agagel 220

Agagel 220 is a blend of carrageenan and xanthan for economical and safe production of sausages, burgers and other processed meat products. It has a neutral to slight seaweed odor, a light tan color. Also suitable for re-structured meat products, such as chicken rolls. High water binding and long-lasting holding capability. Agagel 220 is used for sausages, burgers, and cooked meats as a thickener.
