Desmophen® VP LS 2388 is a flexibilising hydroxyl-bearing polyester used as a co-reactant, primarily with Desmodur® N, in the formulation of two-component polyurethane coatings for plastics, characterised by their resistance to accelerated and outdoor weathering, high film elasticity and good tar resistance; also in the flexibilisation of hard coatings, e.g. in industrial applications. This product has a non-volatile content (1g,1h,125°C) of 80 ± 2%, a viscosity at 23°C of 3,000 ± 500 mPa·s, an equivalent weight of approx. 450.
Desmophen® VP LS 2388 is used primarily in combination with Desmodur® N 75 and Desmodur® N 3390 in the formulation of fast-drying, high-solids, two-component polyurethane coatings characterised by good lightfastness and weather stability, high film elasticity and good tar resistance. Of particular note is the better QUV performance and tar resistance compared with a Desmodur® N / Desmophen® 670 combination. The film elasticity values are comparable with those yielded by Desmophen® 670.

Lists combine the ease of Bookmarks with the versatility of Tags. Instead of one collection of bookmarked items, create as many collections, called "Lists," as you need.
Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
