Oxynex® L-CV Liquid is a clear, brownish-yellow liquid. Almost all fats and fatty oils have a limited shelf life. Apart from biological processes – caused by enzymes and microorganisms – the chemical action of oxygen, promoted by light, heat or traces of heavy metals, causes rancidity. To formulate high-quality, consistent products for your consumers and extend the shelf life of the fats and oils you use, we have developed Oxynex® antioxidant preparations. Oxynex® L-CV Liquid is a combination of natural tocopherol with synergists (ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbic acid, citric acid) and as such it displays maximum antioxidative properties. Lexgard® O melts at approximately 30°C to 35°C and contributes a smooth, dry sensory characteristic to skincare products. Lexgard® O is a multi-functional emollient, moisturizer, and wetting agent which can be used in cosmetic emulsion systems such as skin care creams and lotions or in surfactant based products such as shower gels, facial cleansers, and shampoos. It is recommended that Lexgard® O be used at concentrations of 0.5% - 1.0% w/w. When used in emulsions, it is recommended that it be incorporated into the water phase.
