The collection consists of 6 botanical extract products that are from plants categorized as Adaptogens.
Adaptogens are non-toxic substances that are believed to increase the body's ability to resist the damaging effects of stress and promote or restore normal physiological functioning.
Adaptogens connect with multiple significant trends. Stress reduction/management is a major trend of the moment. Juggling numerous life challenges, humans are looking for ways to achieve wellness and balance. This has brought a rise in the tendency to take care of ourselves, and that behavior is often implemented via routines and rituals. Beauty rituals in particular have been a way for people to hold onto a sense of normalcy. It’s a way to de-stress, and a way to feel like we are doing something good for ourselves. Additionally, the rise in technology usage is bringing a greater attempt to strike a balance between the ongoing tech revolution juxtaposed against our efforts to stay true to our humanity.
A movement towards ancient healing methods continues to grow as age-old and time-tested practices of meditation, acupuncture, and plant medicine help us feel human once more. Adaptogens align perfectly with this trend and despite not being new on the market, they’ve been gaining momentum.
Our six Adaptogenic ingredients come from food and medicinal traditions from around the world: Sqisandryl, Hyalufix, Purisoft, Puricare, Inolixir, and Hyalurosmooth.
