Fungal Protease

Fungal Protease (HUT) is an enzyme derived from the fungus Aspergillus oryzae var. The enzyme exhibits both exo- and endo- peptidase activities. This is a food grade product with broad substrate specificity able to efficiently hydrolyze most soluble proteins. Performance is excellent on both animal and vegetable proteins. Fungal Protease (HUT) is supplied as a light tan to off-white powder which is readily miscible in water.
