Locust Bean Gum E-410 (Carob Gum)

Locust bean gum is a natural hydrocolloid obtained from the ground endosperm of the carob tree seeds. It is used as a thickening and gelling agent in a variety of end-use food applications including cultured dairy product, dips, and sauces.
