American Italian Pasta Company are North America's largest marketers and producers of dry pasta. They offer four brands of pasta to the food service industry. These brands are R&F, Lensi, Heartland (which includes a gluten free pasta) and Montalcino. AIPC pasta offers ingredients of high quality semolina, a great golden color, a better value because it remains ‘al dente’ longer - even when overcooked.
