Heartland Whole Wheat is 100% whole grain durum wheat. It is American Heart Association certified and an excellent source of fiber (5g) and whole grains (56g). Heartland Whole Wheat contains all natural ingredients with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives Heartland Whole Wheat is Light to medium-brown color. Whole Wheat is the mainstay of “better-for-you” pasta, as many consumers are already familiar with it and use it at home. Heartland Whole Wheat works well in traditional pasta recipes, especially with red sauce.
