Perforzyme LIPL is an alkaline lipase derived from a genetically modified strain of non-pathogenic fungi and is especially suitable for use in regular, concentrated, and unit-dose laundry or dishwashing detergents. Perforzyme LIPL facilitates the removal of fats and oil-based stains, such as salad dressings, butter, soup, frying fats, gravy, sebum, and cosmetics. Perforzyme LIPL hydrolyzes the ester bonds at positions 1 and 3 of triglycerides to give monoglycerides, diglycerides, glycerol, and free fatty acids, which are easily dispersed and dissolved in the wash liquor. It has broad substrate specificity, which makes it useful for soils typically encountered in laundry and dishwashing applications.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
