NUOSPERSE® FN 211 Elementis NUOSPERSE® FN 211 is a nonionic pigment wetting and dispersing agent primarily for use in waterborne coating formulations. This product is alkyl phenol ethoxylate-free and replaces traditionally used nonionic surfactants.
