Roquette® Pea Starch

Roquette® Pea Starch is used for its gelling, texturizing, and thickening properties in many agri-food applications such as meats, delicatessen, sauces, pastas, creams and more specifically, for its film-forming properties in certain coatings or other textured foods. It is characterized by a large part of amylose and a low gel temperature, which explains its functional texturizing and film-forming properties.
