It can substitute silicones in hair treatment products. Definicire™ is close to sebum in chemical structure, but with higher carbon chain lengths to optimize performance and avoid greasiness. Tests demonstrate that hair regains hydrophobicity and is protected from humidity and frizz. The hair becomes easier to manage and is smooth to touch, also style is maintained for longer. Definicire™ is well suited for conditioners, shampoo bars, hair masks, hair serums, anti-frizz day creams, protective hair sprays or hair lotions but also men's lines such as beards styling gums and waxes. COSMOS approved. view less

When these pores become blocked, the P.acnes proliferate vigorously. They break down saturated fatty acids, generating large amounts of free fatty acids, which infiltrate the skin through the pores, triggering a cutaneous stress response that manifests as acne, redness, and swelling. WActive® Pionin can inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes efficiently, damage the bacteria by causing collapse of cell membrane and intracellular degradation, thus promoting acne reduction. view less
