Cosphaderm® E NGM comprises of hydrolysed lecithin and soy bean oil. The naturally occurring ratio between the different phospholipids and glycosides typically found in soy are kept. Lysolecithin is a special derivative of lecithin in which one fatty acid is replaced by an OH-group. This exchange results in increased emulsifying and dispersion properties in aqueous media compared to common lecithins. This leads to higher water binding capacity and a better skin feeling. view less

Cosphaderm® E NGM Natural | Cosphatec GmbH |
|
Cosphaderm® E NGM natural is a COSMOS-approved fluid lysolecithin derived from soybeans. It enables the development of lecithin-based emulsions with high water content and low viscosity and offers a higher HLB (10-13) compared to standard lecithins.

Cosphaderm® SB-75H is a fractionated and hydrogenated, de-oiled soy bean lecithin in powdered shape (PC content min 70 %). The hydrogenation of double bonds in the fatty acids results in a higher stability towards destructive oxidation and much better emulsifying and dispersion properties in aqueous media compared to common fractionated lecithin. More in detail, Cosphaderm® SB-75H creates very stable interfaces due to the compact structure. This makes hydrogenated lecithin the “first choice” emulsifier in case of formation of micelles and liposomes. It is also an excellent co-emulsifier and emulsifier for o/w as well as w/o emulsions. view less

Cosphaderm® SF-D organic is an organic de-oiled standardized Lecithin derived from sunflower oil. Therefore the naturally occurring ratio between the different phospholipids and glycosides typically found in sunflower are kept. In cosmetic formulations, it is a natural co-emulsifier and highly suitable for forming w/o emulsions. But this is only one of the many functions lecithins have in skin care products. As active substances they have also skin conditioning properties (moisture, lipid and pH regulation) and stabilize the barrier function of the skin. view less
