ULTRAPEG® 1500 F is a hygroscopic polymer that is highly soluble in water due to the hydrophilic characteristic provided by the polyoxyethylene chain. It has an appearance of flakes at 25°C, with an average molecular weight of 1350-1595, a hydroxyl value of 70-83mg KOH/g, and a water content of 1.0% max. By varying the molecular weight, liquid or solid products can be obtained, covering a wide range of viscosity, melting points and hardness consistency.
This product is ideally used for leathers, detergents, lubricants, textiles, and paints. ULTRAPEG® 1500 F may also be formulated in creams, lotions, and moisturizers, cream without rinsing for hair, deodorants, products for skin treatment and soaps, products for makeup (lipsticks, shadows, foundations) and toothpaste...view more
