Gerbex® Angelica (Angelica sinensis), also called Dong Quai, commonly is a perennial herbaceous plant from the family Apiaceae. Angelica sinensis mainly contains volatile oils, polysaccharides and organic acids. Angelica sinensis has significant inhibitory efficacy on increased acute capillary permeability, tissue edema, and chronic inflammatory injury. It also has the functions of accelerating blood circulation, improving the cellular immune activity, and powerful anti-oxidizing and scavenging free radicals.
