NECTARIA LITHOPS™ is a 100% natural active ingredient that optimizes the skin microenvironment and boosts vitamin D synthesis to strengthen, revitalize, volumize, and glow faded skin to achieve a D-Skin (new cosmetic concept). The story behind comes from the plant Lithops pseudotruncatella (‘Living Stones’). Thanks to its plant mechanism of action, the active boosts vitamin D production in skin cells to create the optimal skin environment, hydrate the deepest layers of the skin, increase the skin dewiness and cheek volume, and improve microcirculation, skin tone, and texture. Cosmetic applications include deep skin hydration and water retention (moisturizing, skin densifying and structuring, dry/very dry skin formulations, and dermal filling applications), skin dewiness treatments (volumizing, brightening, and plumping formulations), sun care and healthy skin (after sun repairing formulations, sun protection and vitamin D enrichment), brightness (radiance and glow formulations, highlighters, and color cosmetics), and skin microcirculation and oxygenation (tone and texture evening treatments, well-aging and antioxidant formulations, skin revitalizing and conditioning formulations). Marketing claims and concepts include D-skin (vitamin D enriched skin, dewy skin, d-lighted skin, deep-layer skin hydration), volumize, glow, plump, revitalize; oxygenation and microcirculation booster, sun care with a D-approach and healthy skin, and a shiny skin from the inside out.
