Proson Taste (Salt Reduction)

Proson Taste (Salt Reduction) is for extra flavour of bread with less salt. It is a bread character influencer in block form. It makes a high dose of salt superfluous and improves the character and flavour the bread. By using Proson Taste, the amount of salt required can be reduced. By adding 1% of Proson Taste, you can reduce the amount of salt in your bread recipe by no less than 50%, without this reduction being detrimental to the bread flavour.
