Sanovo Whole Hen Egg Powder, Sugared Article-No. 3575 and is made of pasteurized and spray dried whole hen egg with sugar. This product contains 100g of powder, dissolved in 250g of water, corresponding to 330g fresh whole hen eggs (approx. 7 shell eggs) and 20g of sugar. This product is suitable for bakeries, and can be used in all types of baked goods. The advantage of this product is the good whipping, emulsifying and baking ability. A further advantage is the storage conditions, handling and shelf life of powder compared to liquid products.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.

You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
