Stowgrain Rye Gold Bakery Concentrate

Muntons™ Stowgrain Rye Gold Bakery Concentrate is a blend of wholegrain rye and wheat flours, malted rye flakes, barley malt flours, barley malt extract and wheat gluten. This product is a grey to light brown powder, with mid-brown flake particulates. It has an odour characteristic of rye flour, with cereal and malt back notes. The taste is primarily of rye flour, with cereal malt and green flavours. This product is certified Kosher and Halal. It is also GMO free and suitable for vegans.
