Dark Malt Flour

Muntons™ Dark Malt Flour is a very dark, non-diastatic, roasted barley malt flour commonly used as a natural colouring for brown breads. It has moisture content of ≤6% and a Wort Colour, IoB (515ml mash) of 850 to 1200 EBC. This product is certified Kosher and Halal. It is also GMO free and suitable for vegans.
