Cranberries, Dehydrated

Cranberries, Dehydrated, are the dried fruit from the plant of the same name, which is grown in bogs in North America and Chile. This product appears as a dried red raisin-like substance with an acidulated taste and a typical, red-fruit aroma. It can be used in special breads by inclusion, in buns and brioche, in dried fruit mixtures, and in cakes.
