Dehydroxy Linalool Oxide (820) is a colorless liquid with a green, cooling, spicy, herbaceous odor with a mint nuance. It is used as a fragrance in eucalyptus and mint compositions. This product has a lemon/lime character similar to lemon/line carbonated soft drink, with green bean aftertaste. It is used as a lemon/line type flavor and can also add citrus notes to a variety of flavors including peach and mango. It is insoluble in water and soluble in alcohol.
