e,z-2,6-Nonadien-1-ol FCC, No Antioxidant (3351) is a colorless liquid used as a flavor and a fragrance. Used as a fragrance it has a cucumber, melon or fresh leafy, violet-leaf odor in dilution. The fragrance is useful in adding green cucumber and violet leaf notes and has interesting effects on muguet, lily, and cyclamen compositions. e,z-2,6-Nonadien-1-ol FCC, No Antioxidant (3351) has a powerful, green, apple, and melon taste and cucumber-peel in high dilution. This product is a no antioxidant version of e,z-2,6-Nonadien-1-ol FCC (335) and is used in melon, cucumber, strawberry, green apple, and other fruit flavors as well as mushroom. It is insoluble in water and soluble in alcohol.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
