Goldenberries (Physalis), Dried

Goldenberries (Physalis), Dried, also known as Cape Gooseberries, are indigenous to the Andean region of South America. This product appears as a dried fruit with an orange color and acidic, sweet flavor. Dried Physalis have a nice texture and an exceptionally high content of dietary fiber. They can be used in nut and berry mixes, in snacks and baked goods, in cereals, and with chocolates.
