Rosemary Extract Paste

Rosemary Extract Paste is an odorless and tasteless dark green paste derived from the purification of selected rosemary and sage leaves that have been solubilised in vegetable oil and is almost odorless and flavorless. This product functions as a stabilizer for oils with high fatty acid content, as a color and flavor preserver in natural products, and as an anti-bacterial agent. It finds application in: canned and non-canned fish and meat products; sausage and nut products; oils, fats and lipids; spices, salad dressings, sauces and smoked foods; prepared foods, dehydrated soups and chewing gum.
